Wedding Weekend FAQ
What is the requested dress code?
We suggest 'Wine Country Formal.' For women, this typically means a floor-length gown or a sophisticated cocktail dress. For men, a dark suit and tie or a tuxedo are equally appropriate. Please keep in mind that the reception will take place in a vineyard setting, so choose your footwear accordingly for garden paths.
Which airport is best to fly into?
San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and Oakland International Airport (OAK) are both excellent options, located approximately 60–90 minutes from Yountville. For a smaller, closer experience, you might also consider Sonoma County Airport (STS), though flight options are more limited.
Will transportation be provided?
Yes. Complimentary shuttles will be operating between our designated hotel blocks in Yountville and Chandon for both the ceremony and reception. Detailed shuttle schedules will be provided in your welcome bags upon arrival at your hotel.
Are children invited to the celebration?
While we love all the children in our lives, our wedding day and surrounding winery events will be adults-only celebrations. We hope you will understand and enjoy the evening off! We are happy to provide local childcare recommendations through the winery concierge if needed.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Chandon's culinary team is exceptional at accommodating dietary needs. Please specify any allergies or restrictions on your digital RSVP form by September 15th, so we can ensure a beautiful meal is prepared specifically for you.
