4:30 PM — The Ceremony
Join us as we exchange vows beneath the historic oaks at Chandon’s garden. Please arrive by 4:15 PM.
5:30 PM — Cocktails
Enjoy artisan hors d'oeuvres and signature sparkling wines while enjoying the sunset over the vines.
6:30 PM — Reception
A curated dinner service in the Wine Cave Gallery, followed by toasts and seasonal dessert pairings.
8:30 PM — Celebration
Put on your dancing shoes as we open the floor. Dessert and coffee service will be available all evening.
10:00 PM — Late Bites
Refuel with some of our favorite late-night savory treats before the final dance or a quiet moment by the fire.
11:15 PM — Grand Exit
A sparkling farewell as we end a truly magical weekend. Transportation for local shuttles will be waiting.
The Ceremony & Reception
Our journey continues at the legendary Domaine Chandon in Yountville, where the rows of vines provide a breathtaking backdrop for our commitment. We invite you to join us for a romantic outdoor ceremony under the California sun, followed by a refined cocktail hour and a festive reception featuring artisanal Napa Valley wines and a curated selection of seasonal wine-country cuisine.
Dress Code
We invite our guests to celebrate our union in Wine Country Formal attire. Gentlemen are requested to wear tuxedos or formal suits, and ladies are invited to choose floor-length gowns or sophisticated cocktail dresses. As our ceremony and reception will take place across the beautiful grounds of Chandon in Yountville, we recommend choosing footwear suitable for the garden and vineyard terrain.

Arriving by Air
Napa Valley is easily accessible from three major international airports. San Francisco (SFO) and Oakland (OAK) are both approximately 60-90 minutes south of Yountville, while Sacramento (SMF) is about 65 miles to the east. We recommend flying into SFO for the most flight options or OAK for a slightly more relaxed arrival experience.
Ground Transportation
For maximum flexibility during the wedding weekend, we recommend renting a car at the airport. All major rental agencies are available. If you prefer a private transfer, services like Beau Wine Tours or Evans Airport Service provide comfortable shuttles directly to Yountville hotels. Be sure to book these in advance as November is a popular month in the valley.
Navigating the Valley
Once you arrive in Yountville, much of the town is walkable. For travel between wineries and the wedding venue at Chandon, rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft are available but can have limited availability in the late evenings. For the wedding night, we will be providing a dedicated shuttle service with several pickup locations throughout Yountville to ensure everyone returns to their lodging safely.
